Admission and Fellowship Online Application

Prospective Students

If you are a prospective graduate student interested in applying for admission to a UC Davis academic graduate program, please use our convenient online admissions application system. Within the admissions application, prospective students applying to eligible academic degree programs may also apply for UC Davis fellowships. Access to the prospective graduate student UC Davis Internal Fellowship section of the application is only available after you have completed and submitted the admissions application section. If applying for fellowships, you must also fill out and submit the fellowship application for new students by the fellowship deadline for the graduate program to which you are applying.

The application fee is $80 (U.S.) or $100 (international). Transcripts of all your undergraduate and previous graduate study must be sent via mail to your graduate major program office. Please note the Application Processing Fee is nonrefundable.

Continuing Students

The application period for 2012-13 UC Davis Continuing Graduate Student Internal Fellowships was September 17, 2011 to December 1, 2011.

General Information

The UC Davis online Graduate Admission Application is located on a secure Web server. Some Web browsers will not allow you to access a secure Web site. In such cases, you will get a message saying that you are being denied access. Supported browsers include: Netscape 4.06 and later, Internet Explorer for PC — all versions; Explorer for Mac — versions 4.6 and later.

It is very important to us that you have easy and successful access to the online application system. If you have a version equal to or greater than one of the above Web browsers, you should be able to access the UC Davis online application. If you do not, and you try and are unable to access the application or have other technical difficulties, please contact technical support at support@embark.com or http://support.embark.com.

Online applications for academic year 2013-14 will open in September 2012.
