Graduate Studies division and program staff members are strongly encouraged to volunteer at the annual Commencement ceremony. It is your chance to support the wonderful accomplishment of our graduate students and celebrate with them.
There are many fun jobs to choose from – starting immediately through the exciting June 12, 2008 ceremony.

Volunteers wishing to make any purchases for their assigned volunteer job must receive pre-approval by Graduate Studies.
Prior to purchasing any item, e-mail your purchase request to Fredericka Parker. Include your assignment information, what the item is, why it is needed, and the total cost. If items are purchased without prior approval, reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.
