PARKING

Accessible parking is available for people with disabilities and the elderly near most event locations. A portion of Lot 25 is reserved and free of charge for vehicles displaying DMV issued plates or placards. Please see the location map for convenient parking locations.

Guests with mobility challenges may use the shuttle service, when in service, to and from parking lots.

SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS

Special seating can be arranged for candidates with mobility challenges, and sign language interpretation is available for those with hearing impairments.

Four disabled seating sections are available for guests who use a wheelchair (and s/he may be accompanied by one other member of their party).

Headsets for the hearing impaired are available at no charge.

When you register, please be sure to include any special accommodations that you or your family may need. A coordinator will follow up with you several weeks before Commencement.
